At ProfyDev, we aim to deliver high-quality digital solutions and customer satisfaction. However, since our services involve custom development and time-based consulting, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Project-Based Services

  • Once the project scope is agreed upon and work has begun, refunds are not applicable for completed or ongoing work.

  • If you choose to cancel before the project has started, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be issued depending on initial work or resource allocation.

2. Digital Products / Subscriptions

  • Refunds for downloadable or digital assets (like templates, automation scripts, etc.) are not available once delivery is made.

  • Subscription-based tools can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.

3. Technical Issues

If any product or service is delivered incorrectly or with a technical issue from our end, we will either fix it or issue a replacement credit.

4. Request Process

To request a refund or cancellation, email us at billing@devsprofy.com with your order or invoice ID.
